有什麼網球比賽可在香港看到

我好想看網球比賽(live),請問有什麼網球比賽(大賽)可在香港看到~?何時舉行~?

很可惜, 自從多年前不允許煙草商贊助運動(包括網球)之後, 暫時沒機會可看到世界一級職業網球員在香港打比賽或表演賽.

十多廾年前我經常(每年至少二次, 沙龍/萬寶路舉辦)看到當時的天皇巨星在港比賽(是正式ATP計分賽), 包括 J. Connors, B. Borg, Rod Laver, McEnroe, I. Lendl, S. Edberg 及較近期的森柏斯, 阿加斯和張德培等等,等等....
喜歡看網球比賽的你(和我等)從此只可看電視轉播.

今天, 你只可在每年一月初看到 Watsons 女子邀請賽, 下錯, 盡是現今高排名的好手, 但是這賽事不計ATP分, 選手們只當這賽事為 澳網的熱身賽, 談笑用兵, 毫不注重輸贏, 趣味大減. 不看也罷!

i think there is only Watsons in the start of each yr.
like 1-3 Jan. held in centre court, Victoria park. very expensive tickets (2xx to 5xx,6xx) But Watsons only invites female players in last 2 yrs. Don't have big star like Federer, Ferrero anymore.

Salem Open organizer said the facilities here (victoria park, practise courts provided, etc) are 2 disappointing and don't hold match here anymore. What a "Shame " !


there are some local events, like the youth league held around the yr in Victoria Park too.

of course, watching the pros are very different. they hit so hard (even the girls, like the Chinese dolls).
And watching the male players serve, u really know how hard if not impossible to return their serves.
However, if u want to learn from watching them, maybe TV Live shows can give u a better view and slow motion too.

看live的定義是什麼？電視現場直播還是指在香港舉行？

電視現場直播：
- Now+Cable TV可以睇哂4大滿貫。上年Now播Aussie Open + Wimbeldon，Cable播RG同US Open。
- Now有絕大部份ATP Master Series。

香港舉行：
- 屈臣氏世界網球冠軍挑戰賽，每年年頭舉行，可算是香港唯一見到世界球星的大賽。

想矯正一下第三位網友的少部份內容。職業女子網球手的計分機構是WTA而並非ATP。所以即使屈臣氏世界網球冠軍挑戰賽是計分賽，都不會在ATP Ranking見到女球手的名字。另外，在避免受傷的情況下，大部份職業網球手都不會想輸球的。或者應該說，任何網球員也想嬴球吧？而且到大賽觀摩，可以不只為看自己喜歡的球星嬴輸，而是也去學習他們的球技。
