Regarding the issue with motor car running expenses, I have asked for advice from an accountant. His view is that every company can have motor car running expenses, even if the company does not have motor vehicles as assets, as the company can either hire or borrow from others.

Please note: 固定資產 fixed assets is not necessary, as we all know motor vehicles are fixed assets.
