The best way for anyone to lose belly fat is to cut out SIMPLE carbohydrates. Simple Carbs like products with processed wheat flour, things like rice and sugar and alcohol and products that contain these things. Simple carbs are broken down very quickly by your digestive system and cause an insulin rush that supplies way more insulin than your body really needs to break down the carbs, the extra insulin in you blood is a major cause of fatty deposits in the midsection and will also induce cravings for greater amounts of simple carbs. Eliminate a lot of simple carbs and add more complex carbs like vegetables and exercise regularly, you should drop the fat. Something as simple as walking 30 minutes a day and cutting out bread, pasta, sweets and sweet drinks (even fruit juice) should produce a noticeable difference.

i find that walking and jogging really gets rid of the belly fat. also eat a clean healthy diet, lots of water. try going for an hour long walk every day.
