這是1個電話對話的形式!
A:Good morning. XXXX Company.
B:This is XXXX. I’ve seen the job advertisement in the newspaper and I would like to apply for it.
A:I’m XXXX. I’m the supervisor of the XXXX (e.g. Personnel Department). How old are you?
B:I’m XX.
A:What’s your educational experience?
B:(e.g. I freshly graduated from the University of Hong Kong.)
A:Could you tell me your previous work experience?
B:(e.g. I worked at XXXX Company during the summer vacation two years ago.)
A:Would you mind coming for an interview?
B:I wouldn’t mind.
A:Would it be convenient/possible for you to come (for an interview) on 19XX/XX/XX at XX:XX?
B:Sorry, but I won’t be able to come on that day because … (explain the reason)
A:How about on 19XX/XX/XX at XX:XX?
(or: Then, can you come on 19XX/XX/XX at XX:XX?)
B:Yes, sure. By the way, would you mind telling me where the office is?
A:The office is at … (the address of the office)
B:Thank you. I will come here on time.
A:See you (on that day).

Self introduction should not be a very long speech, so you are recommended to tell the interviewer the key points.

- you personal details like where and when you graduated (School name as well as the year of graduation)

- your previous jobs (if any), the job responsibilites. Try to prove how the experience matches with the job you are applying

- your interest/hobby, show that you have different apsects of talent

- your language skills, if you know some other languages like Mandarin or Japanese...try to mention it during the introduction as some of the interviewers do not border to read your CV comprehensively.
