When will you give a BAD for the answer?
If the answer is not good, for example, some one asked about the hard disk problem, the best answer is about the RAM, you see, the answer is not match to the question. In this scene, you can give it a BAD. If the BADs raise to 21s, both the person who ask and who answer the question will deduct points (21-50 BADs for -10).
And me? If the answer is quite good (Match the question) or extremely good, I will give a GOOD (I always). If the answer is not too match, I only give a NOT SO GOOD (Sometimes), not BAD.

If you give a BAD, you need to explain, what do you think?
If the webmaster really do this, it is not a big effect for the accounts. Give opinions, it is not so difficult, if you can explain why, it will not bad for you.
