香港應否恢復死刑.

現在香港咁亂,Ｄ人有違倫常,教師非禮學生,仔被亞媽打就報警，Ｄ人食飽飯無屎疴就示威鬧政府,對社會又無貢獻,只係識屈政府錢，呃津貼呃錝援！所謂亂世用重典，香港應否恢復死刑？

Because HK law is based on the British law system. The British law does not enforce capital punishment, hence HK does not either.
Just because the US allow capital punishment, it does not mean that we need to follow them.
