Can YAHOO! knowledge+ have translatable language?

Can YAHOO! knowledge+ install translatable language for typing a question, so that foreigners who do not konw chinese and english can answer the question?

Most, if not all, online translation machines suck. Moreover, if yo don't know chinese how can you understand most of the questions?Why don't you just use the US Yahoo for more funs?
