冷與熱的問題

每個人先天的體質（這與仍是胎兒前從母體攝取到的營養有關）和後天的鍛煉和保養（有沒有常做適量的運動鍛煉體魄，進食富有營養的食物和有充足的睡眠）都有極大的關係。

當然，保持一個愉快而樂觀的心境，注意衛生，都可以有助增強體質的。

只要人有健康的身體，是不會特別怕熱和怕冷的。

熱底的人或許會較為怕熱，寒底的人或許會較為怕冷，但如果身體健康的話，是不會有人特別怕熱和怕冷的。

The side of the door on the warm room would expand, whereas the other side on the cool room would contract. The combined effect of contraction and expanding makes the door to warp, thus having difficulty to open it.

Since the warpping would make the door to curve towards the cool room, it might be easier to have it opened onto the cool romm.
