alpha入了身體很難出來...之前個前蘇聯特工就是吸入alpha而引致內臟嚴重受損死。

Medical tracers are usually pure gamma emitters or beta-gamma emitters. Pure alpha emiiters would never be used on human body because of their high toxicity.
Examples of medical tracers are:
Technetium-99m - a pure gamma emitter with half-life of 6 hours;
Iodine-131 - a beta-gamma emitter with half-life of 8 days.
