1.Discuss what physical factors you would take into consideration before helping a patient move from their bed to a wheel chair.
2.There is a need to take precautions to avoid static-electricity build-up in areas such as operating theatres. Explain how this is related to oxygen and why precautions against the effects of static electricity (with examples) are so important when oxygen is being used?

1. This seems not a physics question.
The only physical phenonemon invloved is try to reduce the pressure on his feet as a patient who needsa wheelchair should have problem with his/her feet.

2. The presence of static electricuty in oxygen rich area could lead to a great danger of fire, as there may be sparks occuring in static-electricity build-up area that would make inflammable object easily to catch fire.

A well-known example is the diaster that happened in 1967 in the Apollo 1 space craft in the US moon mission program. Three astronauts were killed because of a fire broke out during their training on the launching pad. The cause is believed to be due to static electricity in the oxygen-rich command module of the Apollo space craft.
