Hope you don't mind if I answer in English:
在HK出路大唔大?
Civil Engineering is the most stable engineering discpline among all other engineering majors. It will not get you rich but it will gives you a stable job which earns you a decent life.
邊個出路大一點...定係無分別?
The infrastructures of HK, like other major cities in the world, is always behind the demand resulted from the growth of the city. HK require more on the structural engineering as well as soil engineering because the growth of the city is driven by residential hosuing development projects , while transportation engineering is on the rise and attracting more people to go after lately (once again, it all depends on demand and supply).
Structural Engineering requires a lot more calculations while transportation engineering requires more on deductive reasoning as well as technical writing skills to justify and present your technical findings.
As time goes by and when you getting more and more experience in this industry, you will eventually find out your management skills, communication skills and people skills will override your technical skills. So, if you are good and keep fine tuning on these three areas, it does not matter which way to go and you can get up there.
讀呢科係計數多還是Theorectical(Theoretical) 野多呢?
Year 1 and 2 are mostly theories and calculations while year 3 and 4 (depends on which U. you are in) will be focusing on lab projects, presentations etc. I will say this is a very comeprehensive all round engineering discpline.
得的話可否講埋大概係讀d咩既呢?
I strongly recommend you visit the University that you are interested and check out their curriculums. All universities are designed differently.
有無其他Engineering於HK有會好既將來呢?
All engineering majors such as Computer Software Engineering, Tele-Communication Engineering (currently under Electrical Engineering), Mechanical Engineering (which a lot of land development projects will employ) are good majors. These discplines will train you with logical reasonings, problem solving skills, as well as approaching solutions in a cost effective mannar.
I think you are the one who paint your own future, not what major brings you a bright future. If you are working hard and do it with your heart, you can pick up trash and still be a millionire (the biggest paper recycling operation in United States was owned by a Chinese woman who used to use a dolley to pick up trash in HK), on the other end, I also see some Engineering PhDs still unemployed in a hot job markets.
