我好想肥但係肥唔到,,,
會唔會係因為我遲訓..遲起身..進食唔定時..
成日都係起身就等食晚餐..
每日又飲唔夠8杯水..幾乎2杯都冇
仲有 有冇d有效而健康既增肥既方法呢?
