I am an economics major in HK and I want to further my graduate studies in the UK. What matters, however, is that I cannot really afford to finish doing a Master's degree or a PhD in ECONOMICS, the only subject that I am interested in. I would like to know what the eligibility for scholarships is and the application procedures concerned.
