my office use english windows. Can i read the Chinese word in outlook express with English Windows??

Select pull-down menu from Outlook Express
View > Encoding > " Chinese Traditional " or " Chinese Simplified "

我以往都有試過....
但不是....有中文的地方都看不到
也許把系統轉化成中文也許能看[這點庬沒有做過]
