■自製蒸魚豉油Soy sauce for steamed fish■
  這款豉油不單止用於蒸魚菜式上,無論是炒菜或燜 ,調味時加點自家調校的蒸魚豉油,味道更會相得益彰。不妨根據個人喜好調校一瓶,作為日常烹調的私家調味料。
  This soy sauce is great not only for steamed fish, but also in stir fried vegetable or stewed dishes. Always add a little home-made soy sauce for steamed fish to bring out the best taste. You can make a bottle according to your own taste and use it as a regular seasoning.
  材料Ingredients:
  蒸溜水1杯 1 cup distilled water
  老抽2湯匙 2 tbsps dark soy sauce
  生抽半杯 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  糖4湯匙 4 tbsps sugar
  做法Method:
  將上述材料調勻,煮滾至糖完全溶解即成,可盛於玻璃瓶內冷藏。
  Just mix all ingredients well. Cook until the sugar dissolves. Save in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.

生抽、老抽各50ml, 砂糖30g、油1湯匙。 燒熱油鑊下1湯油,轉慢火下豉油材料。慢火煮至糖溶。

甜鼓油,你可以try下禁,你可以落左d鼓油去個煲度,煮熱佢,然後再落冰糖,不過你要自己try下點味,如果你係覺得鹹你可以落多d冰糖都無所奈
