請把下面的recipe釋成英文,,,,,plz

做法:
1. 麵粉先過篩兩次,蛋糕模墊牛油紙,預熱焗爐175度
2. 全蛋和糖放入大碗中,下面墊一盆熱水
3. 用打蛋器高速將蛋糊打起
4.轉慢速,將蛋糊打至光滑而沒有大氣泡
5.分2-3次篩入麵粉,用刮刀輕手拌勻
6.取少許麵糊和牛油溶液拌勻,再輕手拌入麵糊內
7.倒入焗盆,焗20-25分鐘至熟

Method :

1. Sieve flour for twice. Cake tin lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Put egg(s) and sugar in mixing bowl. Set the bowl over a pan of hot water.
3. Whisk the egg mixture with electric mixer in high speed until creamy.
4. Turn to low speed. Mix well until glossy without big bubbles.
5. Sieve the flour in the mixture in 2-3 times. Fold in the flour gently with spatula.
6. Combine some batter with melted butter. Then fold into the remaining batter gently.
7. Pour the batter into cake tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes until ready.

method:
1. sieve flour twice first, cake base tracing paper, pre-heat oven at 175oC
2. put egg and sugar in a big bowl then place on a tray of hot water
3. use electric whisk on high speed to whisk the egg
4. turn low speed, whisk egg till smooth with not much of bubbles
5. take 2-3 turns to sieve the flour in, use a table knife to fold gently
6. take a little mixture to mix with butter, gently mix the rest
7. pour in baking tray, cook in oven for 20-25 minutes till ready
