Dell - what are the disadvantages of Dell's business model (direct sales)? in relations to the traditional business model?

The following customers may not buy DELL products:

1) customers want to get the product immediately will not buy DELL. Since DELL does not have retails, customer will not wait for DELL's delivery, they will buy other brand;

2) customers who want to see the real item before buying will not buy DELL because there is no real items for them to see from internet or advertisements;

3) customers who do not want to use internet or phone for purchase will not buy DELL

4) customers have little or no computer knowledge will not buy DELL because they may need guidance in person
