肌肉問題~

想問下....
要做d咩先可以練到背肌?
又點可以練橫個膊頭?
仲有仲有,聽聞sit-up減唔到腰...真的嗎?

練橫個膊頭 --- push up
練到背肌, 練橫個膊頭 -- play boxing (my experience)
sit-up -- can減腰 but upper only........if you want to reduce lower.......should be reverse.....the curl up of lower body/ abdominal.........mean lying flat on the floor......bend you knee then lift you lower body up to your upper body.......like sit up/curl up....but lower body up...........

but sit up may hurt your back bone.......better do curl up........curl up is only up til you chest....squeeze you abdominal when you do it.........
