係send e-mail的話
subject: Application for the position of XX (如果有ref number最好加埋)

之後就最好打返cover letter 內容:

Dear Sir,

With reference to your advertisement posted on the X X website dated on (日期), which looking a high calibre person to fill the post of XXX , I have no hesitation in offering myself as a candidate for the above post.

I worked at (公司名) for X year, I act as (你所做的Post) which assist the (你個上司) in (你的工作範疇).

Enclosed please find my resume. Please give my application your serious consideration. I will be available for an interview at your earlier convenience. Thank you very much for your kind attention.

其實哩個只係其中一個cover letter 例子，網上好多網頁都會有其他例子，你可以搵個最適合自己，唔洗太長，最緊要吸引到人地去睇你個email，咁先會有見工的機會，所以你個email 一定要整齊同有誠意。
