I am not sure if you could pick up anybody at the tourist attractions; lets say what would you feel if your traveling and some strangers try to approach you? it kinda odd right?
I guess .. the easiest way to make some friends is go clubbing you might try LFK , hollywood road ..etc (however, there are tonz of guys too , it might lower your chance if you lack of a good apperance ; or you could get a part time job at coffee shop (i.e Pacific or Starbucks in island areas) or bookshop like page one .. it will higher your chances, too!
