You still got your case and foundation's powder ?
Prepare a lotion of yours ( includes water base with no alcohol ones )
OR YOU CAN USE DISTILL WATER .
A spray bottle .
Foundation case.
tissue paper (tempo)

easy to do it :

1. place your powder in the case .(Just like playing with sand).
2. use a spray which should be full of your lotions(or distill water).spray on top ( from far distance )
3. use tissue paper to press it gently on top .
4. let it dry .maybe few hours.

Then you can used it again . hope can help you .

USED AS LOOSE POWDER IS OK BUT NOT PERFECT.
Because , cream foundation , liquid foundation , 2 way cake, loose powder got different percentages in oil , water and powder .

***You can imagine making out with flour (use for cooking)
Ingredients : Flour , butter , water

example :

cream foundation = Flour 50 % , butter 40 % , water 10%

liquid foundation = Flour 30 % , butter 30 % , water 40%

2 way cake = Flour 70 % , butter 10 % , water 20%

loose powder = Flour 100% , butter 0 % , water 0%
