要到很冷的地方, 在穿衣服方面或其他方面, 怎樣才能保溫, 令身體暖些?

著d 貼身既保暖內衣!!!
當然唔少得羽絨啦!!!
一定要有頸巾!!!冷帽都唔少得!!

褲方面就係入面著多幾條褲
即係例如著絲襪,,再加一條貼身既褲,,再加一條面褲咁!!

鞋呢~就買d 雪靴黎著啦!!
如果你個度會落雪..為怕你對鞋會入水整到你對socks濕左
就搵膠袋套住隻腳(連socks)先著鞋..咁就算入水都唔會整濕你對socks!

暖包呢d 野唔少得架啦~
羽絨入面要有一件都ok保到暖既褸
因為你入室內地方就會除衫,,如果入面得好少衫就唔得啦,,
記得一入室內就好除左最外面件褸
如果唔係到你再出返室外個人就會更加怕凍~
著左都冇用架啦!!!!
就好似唔好著住褸訓覺~如果唔係起身就唔知凍既道理咁!!

cashmere 係最保温的羊毛呀, 我以前係英國讀書時落雪, 都係著2件CASHMERE加件CARDIGAN就可以, 又唔會好似厚都肥婆咁, 女仔都係唔鐘意自己著到咁厚架啦! ^0^

最重要的是外面的大褸, columbia d雪褸ok, 因為雪褸可以防水又保暖, 滑雪最適用.
當然如果你好怕凍, 不滑雪也可穿著雪褸.
另外我推薦 North Face 的羽'傭', 雖然貴, 但是North Face 的羽'傭'真的又輕又最保暖, 是我穿著過的羽'傭'之中最好的.

記得帶手套 + 頸巾

至於裡面不要穿羊毛內衣, 因為戶內有暖氣(有一些戶內地方將暖氣調校得比較熱), 要穿羊毛內衣會令你又癢又熱.
穿一件貼身棉質內衣(最好是全棉) + 外衣一至兩件便ok, 不需要穿太多大褸之外的衣服.
去到戶內脫下大褸, 不需要左脫右脫.

下身穿jeans便ok, 怕凍可以加一貼身棉質長內褲, 如果不是滑雪便不要穿雪褲, 因為原因跟上面一樣.

不需要使用暖包, 除非是年長的人或者是零下15度以下, 零下幾度不是太凍.

I live in Boston and I am afraid of cold too.
usually I will wear a super warm underwear, then a top, and then a sweater and then a northface down jacket and if it's snowing add a water proof jacket on top of your down.

For bottom, I wear 2 pair of pants, and 2 pairs of socks and it will be sufficient.

Then use a scarf to wrap around your neck and cover your mouth a little bit. Use ear muffins too, and wear a hat or woolen cap... only expose your eyes because when wind hit your eyes it really hurts!

Of course you will need the gloves... if you think it's not enough put a mini heat pad (like the liquid one with the metal button inside, you flip it to turn it on) inside your gloves. I used this when I was lining up for a sale in 3am in the morning and the heat pad helps to warm my frozen hands and feet.

The key is to dress in layers, because when you go indoors, the heater is pretty warm lei~
