Question: Haven't you dinner?
If I haven't dinner, the answer is "Yes" or "No"

In English, the yes and no go with your answer, for example, for both questions
- Have you had dinner?
- You haven't had dinner?
The correct answers would be:
Yes, I had dinner, or No, I haven't had dinner.

In Chinese, the yes and no refer to the question, so whether you had dinner or not, the answer (yes/no) could vary.

Question: Haven't you dinner? = Have not you dinner? 不對
The question should read: Did you have dinner yet?
如你未吃晚飯, Answer: No 或 not yet.
另, 如對方問你: do you mind if I smoke? 如你不介意的話只需說 no! Yes 即介意.

it's better to say:

No, I haven't.
