u just say very closely packed but didn't have exact dates and training schedules
warm up and warm down is VERY IMPORTANT
SLEEP IS A MUST (8hr/ day)
drink enough water - 8 cups/ day + replace losses
- eg if u weight 50kg before and 49kg after a competition, u should replace that 1 kg by fluids
also eat food rich in carbohydrates after competition, best in 30-60 min
