（急）試用期第一個月的辭職通知期

想問下我封employment letter 係咁寫的：
Termination of Services: During the probationary period, seven days' written notice is necessary, after the first month of the probationary period, and thereafter, one month's notice in writing is required by either party.
咁我在首個月內辭職，需唔需要七日通知呢？　如果無七日通知，佢有無權扣我人工呢？
