(急)試用期第一個月的辭職通知期

想問下我封employment letter 係咁寫的:
Termination of Services: During the probationary period, seven days' written notice is necessary, after the first month of the probationary period, and thereafter, one month's notice in writing is required by either party.
咁我在首個月內辭職,需唔需要七日通知呢? 如果無七日通知,佢有無權扣我人工呢?

照睇 , 一個月內辭職係要用書面及7日通知期的, 如果不足7日, 公司有權扣你人工的.

AS I KNOW, IFYOU WORK JUST FOR ONE MONTH, YOU NEED NO DAYS OF NOTICE TO LEAVE THE OFFICE.

THEN YOUR EMPLOYER HAS NO RIGHT TO DEDUCT YOUR SALARY.

你封employment letter已經寫明試用期第一個月係需要七日通知...第二個月之後就要一個月通知

可以3個月內離職, 做夠1星期,要1日通知,
如果做夠一個月,就要1星期通知,
做夠3個月,就要1個月通知拿~
