5 years already. If ask lawyer have to pay the consultant fees to them,too ? Does the 補地價 price still paid by myself, right?

Want to 私人出讓居屋 to my friend but 居屋未補價. Must still need government people come and check the house. Who can suggest the procedure how to do? Many thanks!
