Go to hk.search.yahoo.com, you will find a ADD YOUR WEBSITE link at the bottom.
First you need to login your account, or you cannot go to add your website.
Yahoo! will take your website URL to search result, but you need to wait a few weeks. I tried that, but Yahoo! still have not take my site URL.
