There are different types of methods:
1. I am back.
2. I am home.
3. I have already arrived home!

(1) and (2) are mainly for saying to your mum or others who are at home when you arrive home. (3) is mainly for telling other people, such as while talking to your friend all your phone.

I have gone home already

Hey, I am home.

I HAD GONE HOME.

I'm back!

I came home.

I'm Back

"I'm Home." is most commonly used. "I'm back" is OK too but if you want to emphasize "home', use the former one.

'' I'm home.' is enough.
