•No refund of the course fees paid or postponement will be allowed. However, substitute for the entire course may be allowed subject to notification to Centre for Excellence at least 2 working days prior to the session.
•Closing date of the above course shall be three (3) working days prior to the course date. However, if the classes are full, the registration will be closed much ealier. Minimum of 10 participant per class is required.
•In the event of class cancellation, Great Eastern Life Assurance will send out a SMS message to your handphone no. However agent is advised to check on to e-Partner's website for confirmation on the class cancellation.
•Only those who can attend the session in full are welcome to register because absenteeism of someone deprives another the opportunity to attend. Walk-in participants will not be allowed.
