To either one of the guards:

"If I were to ask the other guard which was the correct door, which door would he choose?"

Then take the other door, as the answer must be wrong either way. The guard who tells the truth must report the lie that the other guard would say, and the guard who always lies must lie about the true answer that the other guard would give.

Ask either guard "If I ask the other guard which door is "good", which one will he point to?". Go through the other door.

you ask if one is a girl and then you can tell who is the lying one

to one of the guards.. ask an obvious question such as...
"how many doors are you guarding?"..

if the guard says 1, he is telling the truth .. if he gives a number other than 1 (because he has to lie) he is lying

If you're pointing to the good door, either the honest guard or the dishonest guard will say "yes".
If you're pointing to the bad door, either the honest guard or the dishonest guard will say "no".
