What exam are you going to take?
If you are taking HKCEE, I suggest you using a wider variety of words, especially for stories. For instance, you should not use the same word repeatedly throughout the whole composition like "sad". You may also use words like "gloomy", "sorrowful", "grievous", etc.
However, you have to make sure that your know the exact meanings and the correct usages of these words/phrases. Taking the words mentioned above as examples, there are subtle differences with the word "sad". "Gloomy" shows a more intense feeling. You definitely cannot say "I failed my test today and I felt gloomy", this usage is correct only when you are trying to exaggerate your feeling.NEVER use a word that you are unsure of. Looking at the examples in dictionary is a particularly useful learning tool for improving your word power.
If you are taking the HKALE, then you should pay more attention to the contents instead. Word-power is a bonus, but not necessary for a good piece of composition. As the majority of composition in HKALE exams is argumentative, the requirements for good composition would hence be the structure, the soundness of arguments, or the practicality of suggestions given.
It is always noteworthy that grammar is more important than the usage of difficult phrases.

Difficult sentence structures:
Supplementary clause 1: Donald Tsang, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, has recently proposed a number of measures to improve the economy of Hong Kong.
"the Chief Executive of Hong Kong" is the supplementary clause to give more information of Donald Tsang. the supplementary clause can usually be identified by the commas before and after it.
Supplementary clause 2: Susan was packing up her things, thinking where she can go after leaving home.
"thinking where she can go after leaving home" is also supplementary in nature, because "Susan was packing up her things" can be a complete sentence itself. You can make a supplementary clause by changing the verb into gerund form.
I found that you have already known some difficult words and phrases, so I am not giving examples here.

I also noticed that there are some grammatical mistakes in the texts your wrote. They should be
"HOW TO GET A GOOD GRADE IN A WRITING EXAM? Someone told me that using simple words but difficult sentence structures and difficult phrases can help get a good grade. But what are difficult sentence structures & difficult phrases?
who can give me lots of examples?"
also
"for example i wanna know phrases (idioms) like "man propose got dispose" =人算不如天算 and difficult phrases which can be used in writing exam. For example, ultimately, eventually. Who can give me more words and phrases like these, as well as give me some advices? thanks a lot **EMERGENCY THANKS***"
By improving your grammar, I believe you can get a good grade in writing exam.
