引言:
to start with, you should write a paragraph about what you understand about university education. you MUST explain these clearly because you can then argue these brings out the topic - benefits of entering and not entering universities.
e.g. it is a tertiary educational institution where secondary school graudates can further their studies
e.g. it grants students the chance to specialize in the subjects they are interested in.
e.g. it prepares students for the integration into the society
e.g. it requires students to be up to certain standards before students can choose their subject of interest.
e.g. it requires students to study for at least another 3 years or so

上大學的好處
write about the various benefits of entering the university that cannot be replaced by anything else
e.g. it gives students a chance to learn to research and present professionally, and this equip them for incorporation into the challenging society.
e.g. write about secondary school children are not independent and misses many chances of doing big things like student association/ working with strangers. then write university allows students to learn and act independently as professors and tutors in universities are much less interfering, while students at universities are grown up and can work in societies with strangers from all over the universities.

不上大學的好處
e.g. work earlier to get money
e.g. write about non-expertise jobs like sales representatives
REMEMBER: you MUST NOT criticize university to support "not entering universities" since there are many knowledge-based sectors in the society and university is almost a must for many industries nowadays.

結語:
you can comment on the requirement of entering a university based on what you see on TV every year at HKCEE and HKALE result release.
You can further comment on the chances that students can finally end up with their favorite subjects.

Hence you can conclude your passage with conditionally support entering a university. e.g. entering a university or not really depends on your academic performance.

Go to a university: learn more, get higher education level, know more people.
Not go to a university, earn money at an earlier age, get more working experience, go to other academy instititions to get more practical knowledge, e.g. Hotel Management.
