Description:

Class C aerodromes include the major national terminals and this airspace is serviced with radar.

Class D aerodromes are the smaller regional aerodromes where traffic levels warrant control services and there is no or limited radar coverage available.

GAAP (Australian General Aviation Aerodrome Procedures) refers to the pilot training aerodromes associated with capital cities. GAAP is a uniquely Australian standard.
