For EN71: it is the European Toy Safety Standard.
Part 1- Physic & Machnical Test; includes Drop, Compression, Flexure, Torque & Tension Test. Meanwhile, it also includes the requirement of a toy which import to Euro, shall be free of Sharp Point, Sharp Edge, Small Part and shall have applicable marking for its Age Grading, Warning and Instruction etc.

Part 2 - Flammability Test;

Part 3 - Toxic Elements Test (8 Toxic Elements); (Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury & Selenium)

Part 9 - Organic Chemical Compounds Requirement;

ASTM D4236 - Labelling of Hazardous Art Materials Act (LHAMA), which is a law in USA for art materials labeling requirement. To make the product conform to the requiremet, you need to have the art materials chemical ingredient (formulation) and submit to register Chemist to review.
