請列出領袖的特質（最佳者得２０分）

每 個 團 隊 中 ， 都 會 有 領 導 者 與 支 持 者 ， 要 知 道 如 何 使 一 個 團 隊 運 作 暢 順 ， 應 該 先 了 解 如 何 做 一 個 領 袖 ， 然 後 再 將 當 中 的 理 論 ， 運 用 於 不 同 的 處 境 或 支 持 者 上 ， 卓 越 的 團 隊 就 是 由 此 而 來 。



領 袖 的 基 本 條 件
一 個 領 袖 必 定 會 有 一 個 與 支 持 者 相 同 的 看 法 或 信 念 ， 而 這 種 看 法 還 會 使 整 個 團 隊 的 成 員 產 生 共 鳴 ， 這 共 鳴 可 成 為 領 袖 與 支 持 者 的 橋 樑 。 所 以 作 為 一 個 領 袖 ， 有 一 個 與 別 人 有 共 鳴 的 看 法 是 最 基 本 的 元 素 。
良 好 領 袖 的 特 質
做 一 個 出 色 的 領 袖 也 需 要 有 一 些 天 生 的 特 質 ， 譬 如 自 律 、 具 有 決 心 、 活 潑 、 懂 得 與 別 人 溝 通 、 善 解 人 意 、 心 胸 廣 闊 。 當 然 也 有 一 些 領 袖 需 要 具 備 的 特 質 ， 可 以 靠 後 天 訓 練 得 到 ， 好 像 不 同 團 體 都 會 涉 及 不 同 的 專 業 知 識 範 疇 ， 領 袖 適 宜 多 鑽 研 有 關 的 知 識 。 另 外 ， 也 要 學 習 如 何 表 達 自 己 的 意 見 和 與 別 人 溝 通 ， 要 懂 得 深 入 淺 出 地 表 達 自 己 的 意 見 。 最 後 ， 一 個 良 好 的 領 袖 要 有 一 個 良 好 的 習 慣 ， 那 就 是 保 持 自 己 的 儀 容 整 潔 。
認 受 性 高 的 看 法
一 個 有 熱 誠 的 領 袖 ， 去 推 動 一 個 信 念 ， 必 定 會 努 力 地 去 做 資 料 搜 尋 ， 對 整 個 信 念 的 背 景 、 知 識 都 有 深 入 的 了 解 ， 這 樣 就 會 使 推 廣 信 念 時 更 有 說 服 力 ， 而 且 一 個 擁 有 熱 誠 的 領 袖 ， 也 會 因 為 熱 誠 而 不 斷 使 自 己 更 加 全 力 以 赴 。 一 個 領 袖 也 不 能 沒 有 好 的 人 才 協 助 ， 運 用 好 的 人 才 能 夠 幫 領 袖 解 決 很 多 事 ， 也 能 在 適 當 的 時 候 作 出 提 醒 ， 而 最 能 夠 吸 引 人 才 的 方 法 便 是 一 個 有 熱 誠 的 信 念 。
推 動 信 念 要 有 熱 誠
中 國 曾 承 諾 在 加 入 WTO 五 年 後 可 讓 外 資 與 本 地 市 民 進 行 人 民 幣 業 務 ， 王 生 對 此 很 有 信 心 。 另 外 ， 他 認 為 如 今 銀 行 及 金 融 業 務 尚 有 多 方 面 需 要 發 展 ， 成 敗 的 關 鍵 在 於 其 過 程 及 方 向 是 否 正 確 ， 如 方 向 正 確 ， 目 標 一 定 達 到 。
廣 闊 的 心 胸
一 個 沒 有 廣 闊 心 胸 的 領 袖 ， 一 定 不 會 成 功 ， 因 為 他 沒 有 辦 法 容 納 不 同 的 意 見 。 一 個 成 功 的 領 袖 一 定 要 聆 聽 別 人 的 意 見 ， 即 使 你 不 認 同 這 意 見 ， 也 必 須 先 聆 聽 ， 然 後 加 以 分 析 ， 好 處 除 了 讓 對 方 覺 得 你 尊 重 他 之 外 ， 還 能 使 自 己 懂 得 如 何 去 應 付 別 人 日 後 反 對 你 所 推 銷 政 策 時 出 現 的 問 題 。
其 實 每 個 青 年 人 都 是 一 個 領 袖 ， 不 要 小 看 自 己 的 能 力 ， 只 要 努 力 做 好 手 上 的 事 情 ， 便 可 以 感 染 身 邊 的 人 ， 把 自 己 的 信 念 發 揚 光 大 。

A leader is not a manger or supervisor. A leader may be found in a group of just two people at any levels.
Leader Traits are the personalities or characteristics of leader; of course here we would emphasize the Great Leader traits, not those mediocre.

Who were the great leaders in the past and the last century? Many instances here include Alexander the Great, Dr Sun, Winston Churchill, Gandhi, Napoleon, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, Deng Xiao Peng, Nelson Mandela, and etc. A great leader can be trained in an acute worse environment, and s/he is not born. Would you think Queen Elizabeth the 2nd is a Great leader? In fact she is not a great, but is a leader of charisma with some sort of legitimacy power, she is a born leader. The former CE of SAR Mr. Tung was also a born leader, although he had legitimacy power of governance, unfortunately, this was not empowered from the general public, he could not inspire followers, rather he had been led and driven by his followers, and eventually resulted in failure of governance.

The studies of leader traits by analyzing numerous great leaders how they had been standing out from crowds are concluded as these factors:
(1)Drive, it refers to set of characteristics that reflect a high level of effort. It includes high need for achievement, constant striving for improvement, ambition, energy, tenacity (persistence in the face of obstacles), and initiative. Many examples in the 2nd paragraph.
(2)Leadership motivation, Great leaders not only have drive, but they want to lead. They have a high need for power, preferring to be in leadership rather than follower position. Tung’s successor, our current CE, Donald Tsang
(3)Integrity, it is the correspondence between Actions and Words. Honesty and creditability are very important as these could inspire trust in others.

(4)Self-confident, since leadership role is very challenging, sometime setbacks are inevitable. It allows a leader to overcome obstacles, make decisions despite uncertainty, and instill confidence in others. George W. Bush has this trait.
(5)Knowledge of the Business, particularly for business leaders who have high level of knowledge about their industries, companies, and technical matters. S/he must have intelligence to interpret vast quantities of information relevant to their business for smart decision making.
