十字韌帶撕裂..係唔會做手術ga wor..
一般醫院都要你斷哂先肯同你做..
如果真係要做..就要特登整斷佢先做得..
如其係咁..不如勤力o的做物理治療..等條韌帶慢慢好番..

以我所知..一般公立醫院o既醫生..都ok的..
我有幾個friend做完..我有個friend o係廣華醫院做..
之後有物理治療..o個度o既物理治療係免費的..
so我覺得都幾好..不過廣華係一間acute hospital..
你整親時..如果唔係入廣華..就唔肯定有冇得做喇~

posterior usually better

usually will advise surgery for active patients with complete tear/ symptomatic
most public hospital good gar- but need to follow your home area
