Depending on which part of Spain you are in... Since you are booking a 1 way ticket, i would suggest you to book a flight with low cost airlines then connect on necessary airport onto flights to Hong Kong...
From Alicante, Almeria, Barcelona, Ibiza, Madrid, Mahon, Malaga, Murcia, Palma, Valencia... You can fly with EasyJet (
www.easyjet.com) to London Gatwick from where you can connect onto Oasis Hong Kong flights (
www.oasishongkong.com) to Hong Kong...
From Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia... You can also choose to fly with Vueling Airlines (
www.vueling.com) to Amsterdam from where you can connect onto Cathay Pacific or KLM flights to Hong Kong...
From Sevilla, Valencia... You can choose to fly with Clickair (
www.clickair.com) to London Heathrow or Paris CDG from where you can connect onto Cathay Pacific, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Qantas, Air New Zealand from Heathrow or Cathay Pacific from Paris CDG...
The reason why I tell you to fly with LCC to major cities first to connect onto direct flights to Hong Kong is because buying a one way ticket is usually more expensive... However, for LCC, they sell tickets as one way anyway so they would usually be cheaper when you are flying one way rather than return...
Out of all these options... Flying via London Gatwick maybe the best option for you as EasyJet have a big coverage at Spain on routes to London Gatwick where you can connect onto Oasis Hong Kong from London Gatwick to Hong Kong... If you are choosing this way, I would suggest you to book both the EasyJet and Oasis Hong Kong flight from their website which has been provided above...
At least you can still find HKD1000 tickets for Oasis Hong Kong ticket on selected days... On EasyJet ticket are usually not too expensive either... (But you can also compare EasyJet with British Airways flights from Spain into London Gatwick)...
