I stayed at the hotel back in december and it is very easy to find. Remember to use the WEST exit when you get to Shinjuku station. you will see Keio Plaza hotel(listed on the sign). It is about 10 miuntes form Shinjuku station.

Go get this book at the book store: silver cover 06-07 verison. "Tokyo - EAT, PLAY,SHOP Bible" It had a good map in there and it cover Shinjuku, Ginza, etc
great book and easy to follow. Me and my husband didn't get lost because of this book.
