2. I got the copy of BL on 9-Jan-07, and I found that the information of the consignee and notify party is not meet our LC, and I realised in that time the ETD change from 28-Dec-06 to 2-Jan-07. And that day before, I haven't receive any draft of BL therefore I can't check any details.
3. As on 9-Jan-07 I found the B/L information is not correct, I hope that the BL can change the information accordingly.

We just received the copy of B/L on 9 Jan 07 and found that the details of the Consignee & Notify Party were different from our L/C. Besides, we also have not received any notification on the ETD had been changed from 28-Dec-06 to 2-Jan-07. Since the details on the B/L was not compatible to of L/C, we would like to ammend the details for the Consignee & Notify Party according to the attached documents.

The consignee and notifying party information in the copy of BL received on 9 Jan 07 did not meet with the terms as stipulated on the LC and it was also found that the ETD was 2 Jan 07 instead of 28 Dec 06. Since a draft of the BL has not been presented previously, I have not had a chance to preview the details.
3. As of 9 Jan 07, the information listed on the BL is still incorrect. Please arrange to change the information accordingly.
