你可以嘗試加多點禮貌在句子裡
eg. Could you please give me a chance?

may i have an opportunity? may I? Please give me an opportunity... ...我覺得用opportunity會好過用chance。
至於你果句，can之後用offer，唔需要ing form，可以用offer / give me a chance
