看來你應加多一/二句, 例如
Hope you can grant me an opportunity for the job if I do qualified, I wll do my best & would not let you down.

容許我在你的句子中多加一點東西:

I am very interested in this position. I hope you can offer me this job opportunity to be a contributive employee of your company.

意思: 我對貴公司的這個職位十分有興趣。希望閣下能給我一會在此工作的機會, 以致我能夠對貴公司作出貢獻。

may i have an opportunity? may I? Please give me an opportunity... ...我覺得用opportunity會好過用chance。

至於你果句，can之後用offer，唔需要ing form，可以用offer / give me a chance
