請問你是用哪個瀏覽器?

指著link，按mouse中間的鍵，就可以開link在新視窗

Internet Explorer: 按 CTRL- N

Firefox:按 CTRL- N，或 CTRL-T

Every computer can do this, not the formated disk problem.
Just select the link, hold down and pull it to the address bar.

You said 響一個網果度d超連結一拉就開多一個網頁 is not right, when you select the link, hold down and pull it to the address bar, it will change the page in the same window. And you pull it to the view area (Not address bar), the cursor will change into (＼) only, not open a new window.
