It is not necessary for you to wear suit to visit Chesa.

And I don't think it will make a kid at 12-14 feeling uncomfortable.
Frankly speaking, the atomsphere of this restaurant is much more
casual than most the others in the same hotel.
Moreover, nowadays, a kid at 12-14 should be more mature than
what you think, it won't make them scare by the enviourment!

About the cost, it depends what's you order (of course!).
For lunch, around $200-$300 should be fine.
