why會唔好?
more you are young and more it will be easy for you to learn a foreign language
you can find learning material in book shops
naturally, big book shops offer more choice
berlitz publish pretty good language books
don't buy books that declare you can learn a language in 24hours, at least you must go in Italy as tourist

but i think it's quite expensive

in hong kong you can find other places to learn italian, look for them on internet
i am actually teaching in a center (but i don't want to mention here the name) and give private lessons too
private lessons are more expensive but can respond better your needs
public lessons are cheaper but check the quality of the course

many schools tell you proudly that their teacher are italian...
it doesn't mean that a italian can teach you well his own language
