邊個可以同英文解釋？

第一句要係咁:

I'm a vivacions girl.原因就是因為我很喜歡運動，例如：籃球、排球、跑步。這些不單單可以表現我的性格，還能令我的身體強壯。我很主動，很喜歡交朋友，我喜歡與朋友一起分享喜悅與悲傷。
我也有文靜的一面，在空餘我鐘意看新聞報紙及小說，這樣能讓我學到很多課餘的知識。我也喜歡幫助別人，因為這樣能讓我得到一份被讚想的喜悅。

我寫哩一篇野都可能反映到我既性格。
如果變做英文，唔夠80字既話。

I'm a vivacions girl. This can be reflected by my love towards different sports activities, for example: basketball, volleyball, running, etc. Participating in these activities not only reflects my personality, but also makes me healthy and strong.

I am also a very active girl. I like to make friends with different people. I like to take the intiative to meet different people. This is the reason why I have a lot of friends. I like to share my happiness and sadness with them.

It may look like that I'm more active than others, but I also have a quiet side. In my spare time, I like to read the newspaper and novels. I believe I can gain more knowledge from these media.

I am also a helpful girl. I help others as it can provide me with happiness of being praised. I'm passionate, too. Whenever I see my teachers with lots to carry, I will go up to them and offer help.
