If I ask a question and someone answer it at the last moment

Yes, if someone answer your question at the last moment,
and you fail to take a prompt action, you will be considered as
leaving the question alone, and marks will be deducted.

To avoid the problem, you may:
1. extend the answer period before the deadline, and/or
2. invite someone to answer your question by sending private letters.
