In Pokemoncrater , where can I catch rare pokemon?

If you want to catch rare pokemon , you must win all the GYM(the 8 king also need)
fire GYM:water pokemon
stone GYM:water pokemon
thunder GYM:stone pokemon
ghost GYM:high L.V ghost pokemon
super might GYM:ghost pokemon
water GYM:thunder pokemon
ice GYM:super might
The 8 king :super might pokemon , ghost pokemon

when you win all the GYM and the 8 king,you may go to the cave to find pokemon.
