糖心蛋一問

如題~

究竟點樣可以煮到一隻"糖"心蛋(蛋白熟而蛋帶半熟狀態)?
要煮幾耐2mins?3mins?4mins....???
水滾後落蛋?還是凍水開始落蛋?

Depends on how big is your egg la; how much water in your pot la.... many factors will affect the result if your experience is not enough.....

我之前有個煮蛋器 - 一個密封盒咁樣, 加滾水及蛋, 20mins後, 便有糖心蛋...好神奇.
