1. Depends on how you want to define them.
Usually, lenses can be defined as the categories below:-
i. prime lens (fix-focus) and zoom lens (different zoom range)
ii. ultra-wide angle lens, wide angle lens, standard lens, telephoto lens, super telephoto lens, macro lens, tilt-shift lens; ultra-wide zoom, standard zoom, telephoto zoom... etc.
iii. for example, if you're using Caxxn, then there is " L-series " lens and " non-L series " lens.
2. " kit 鏡 " means a very basic lens (usually it's a zoom lens) that is sold as a package with a camera body together. Different camera body would come with different kit lens as a package. Honestly, usually the quality of those kit lenses are not as good as regular ones.
