點樣先可以令牙齒變白

我用咗GLISTER健齒氟素牙膏，我的牙齒明顯白咗，流牙血及牙齒酸痛的問題亦無埋。
其氟素能強化牙齒的琺瑯質，有效防止蛀牙及牙肉潰爛。SYLODENTTM潔齒粒子，有效去除牙菌斑漬及因香煙咖啡等形成的牙垢膜。

如要好白,可以去洗牙或漂牙,但前者不能太密,後者會好傷琺瑯質,引致牙齒酸軟,故本人不太建議.

i tried the 藍光漂牙. not really work. you better go to the dentist for the whitening treatment.

可以用藍光漂牙, 不過貴... 最平有見過2000幾

can try to use those whitening toothpaste. But I dont think it really works. I've tried the CREST whitening strip before, need to use for 7 days, and it's worked and my teeth become OK white. Can give it a try, around $2xx
