做法:1
1)將海綿蛋糕剪成模的型狀;放於模內
2)芝士忌廉隔水加熱至軟化,待用。(留意;只要軟化便OK)
3) 將 1 / 3 碗水的其中一半加入魚膠粉。
4)砂糖加入餘下的凍開水中,然後與步驟 ( 2 ) 的一起混合,再一起隔水加熱至溶
5)芒果肉用攪拌機弄碎成汁,順序加入魚膠粉砂糖的混合物、忌廉芝士、忌廉便成。6)將漿料隔篩過濾;如果想蛋糕裡面靚D同口感冇咁單一的話;可以額外切芒果粒與漿拌勻;再倒入模內`L

芒果芝士蛋糕
材料:(22cm圓模)
清蛋糕1個
砂糖50克
芒果3大個
熱水1/2杯
忌廉芝士250克
淡忌廉200克
芒果jelly粉一盒
魚膠粉1湯匙
做法 :
1. 魚膠粉+jelly粉用熱水拌溶,待凍;
2. 芒果2個攪茸,預先取出3湯匙作裝飾,其餘切粒;
3. 鮮忌廉打起留用(雪返入雪櫃);
4. 忌廉芝士與糖攪至滑身,最後加入o者o里水,芒果茸,鮮忌廉,果粒拌勻;
5. 模內放一層清蛋糕.倒下芝士餡料鋪平,淋上芒果茸,雪至凝結。
